Today I asked the Intertrons to respond to this prompt: Name something that everyone should understand on a basic level, yet most people lack that knowledge.
I received a variety of good answers, and this weekend I will start by giving instructions on how to compose a clear and effective e-mail message in the workplace. Over the next several weeks I will expound on several other topics, hopefully teaching myself something in the process. Any and all suggestions for additional topics are welcome.
